A little about me

After a 15 year intermission from the special events industry, I am ready to dream big, design bold and be intensely curious.

My creative journey began in the world of visual merchandising and window display, where I discovered a deep love for storytelling through design. From there, I moved into event management with a boutique Sydney hotel group, then side stepped into event styling and eventually became Design Manager at Decorative Events during its hey day.

I wanted to learn more, design more and design in different ways so I stepped away from events to launch my own property styling and interior decorating company. With the desire to keep learning and growing I went on to found Mayvn Interiors, designing and importing custom upholstered furniture. Like many, COVID-19 brought everything to a standstill—and with it, I lost almost everything I had built.

After navigating a profoundly difficult and life-changing chapter, a serendipitous opportunity came my way: working on the Australian launch of a global smart appliance brand. It reignited my passion for creative events—and I knew I had found my way back.

Today, I bring years of layered experience across interiors, styling, events, and design to every project, driven by heart, resilience, and an unwavering love for beautiful spaces that tell a story, generate excitement and above all meet the clients objective.
